I found Lindsay when my neck and shoulders were in a bad way and she fitted me in and sorted me straight away. 3 sessions laters and I can feel the benefits- it's as relaxing as a deep tissue massage can be! 😂 She's super warm and obliging and she works weekends so it's win win....best deep tissue massage I've gotten!read more

Not only has my injury flared up less often since visitng Misneach Therapy, but other aspects have improved as well. Lindsay is a fantastic massage therapist. She really listens and understands my needs and current muscle problems, and works on the body in an intuitive way. She is always able to adapt whether I need a heavy massage to help with physical pain or a gentler one to help with stress and relaxation.
